About 1.5 hours drive from Rochdale, and the trail took about 3.5 hours to finish (including numerous stops for photos). Not at all strenuous despite the warnings unless your arthritis is bad or if you're missing a limb or two. It was a little too warm for it to be a relaxing stroll, but enjoyable nonetheless.
