Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon)

Highest peak in Wales, bla bla bla. Go look it up if you're really interested. Took the South ridge up and descended via the Rhyd-Ddu path. And don't ask me how these Welsh names are pronounced. I have no idea.

The South ridge path starts off nice and flat.

As you can see, after an hour of walking, you look back, and... you realize that you haven't really climbed very much

Dragon's tooth. This is Wales after all. You know, King Arthur and stuff.

2 hours into the walk, and I find myself out of breath. So I used my camera as an excuse to take a breather.

Pretty near the top now. That's the sea in the background.

And as always, the view from the top.....

...is anything but spectacular, no thanks to Murphy's Law and cloud cover

The trek down was anything but boring, amazing views all the way down

And the day comes to an end....
...well, excluding the gruelling 2.5 hour drive home
